Smart Cook is one of Chiang Mai‘s professional Thai cookery school, located in a delightful 100 years old teak wood home.
You will learn the art of Thai cooking with friendly knowledgeable Thai cooking experts.
We are going to teach you some special techniques. You can prepare ingredients by yourself and cook step by step.
We will also teach you how to combine the ingredients.
We also have written out our own recipes in a book and give it to our students.
You will enjoy reading it because the explanation is so easy to understand, the layout is bright and colorful.
Do not hesitate to come and join us. We guarantee a unique learning and enjoyable experience. The entire menu can be adapted to pork, chicken, prawn, fish or beef.
Can be spicy or non spicy!! Private course and intensive course is available!! Vegetarians are welcome!!

1. Fried noodle Thai style (Pad Thai) 2. Hot and sour chicken soup 3. Spicy glass noodles salad 4. Fried chicken with cashew nuts 5. Make curry paste of your choice (Green,Red,Yellow or Phanaeng curry paste) 6. Cook a curry of your choice (Green,Red,Yellow or Phanaeng curry paste) 7. sticky rice with ripe mango served with coconut milk 8. Spring rolls 9. Chicken in coconut milk soup ( Tom Kha Kai) 10. Papaya salad ( Som Tam) 11. Sweet & sour Stir fried chicken 12. Banana in coconut milk
The entire menu can be adapted to pork, chicken, prawn, fish or beef. Can be spicy or non spicy!!You may choose from the wide selection of delicious dishes.
